 O Vegan diet

   Nowadays, lots of people are trying to change their diet to vegan in order to become healthier or respect animal's right to live(Capritto, 2019). Vegan Diet means trying not to eat animal-based foods but plant-based foods, even except for eggs and any other dairy foods(Watson, 2021). 


 When we eat only vegetables and fruits instead of meats and dairy foods, we can get lots of health benefits. Soble(Rush, n.d.), a researcher at Rush University, stated that eating vegan diets can make us lose weight because their cholesterol rate is strikingly low. In addition, we can lessen cancer risk by eating vegetables, which contains a plenty of fiber, vitamins and other nutrition(Smith, 2020). Last, but not least, it can lower our blood pressure, which causes lots of diseases including stroke and diabetes. As vegetables and fruits contain low fats and cholesterol, it makes people prevent the high blood pressure(Lawler, 2022). 


 Furthermore, it has other advantages, except for our health. Environmentally, for example, it can reduce the green effect by reducing meat production. As animals emit lots of methane and carbon dioxide into the air, they affect the global warming worse(THL, 2021). For this reason, they can protect the environment by eating plants and fruits. Ethically, moreover, many animals have suffered from human's greed  for eating meats. In this regard, we can protect animals' right to live by becoming veganism(VeganFriendly, n.d.).


 If I manage my own restaurant, I have an intention of incorporating vegan diet in my menu. Nowadays, most people do not have enough time to intake nutrition in this busy modern day. In my case, my mother have a diabetes since she could not eat healthy diet. There are lots of people who have the disease near me. In this regard, serving plant-based food can be a good marketing strategy and help them to become healthy. For this reason, I am confident of selling the diet when I have my own restaurant.


O Kimchi Stir-Fried Rice(Vegan Version) and Review





  
 Although I could find all the ingredients near my residence thanks to the globallziation, you should buy real kimchi because lots of markets are selling flavored kimchi, which is not a proper ingredient for the dish. I usually stir-fried the ingredients, thus anyone can easily try this at home. However, you shold not buy a leak but a green onion. As leak's flavor is much stronger than onion, it can mess up the dish. Since it is really delicious, easy and healthy, I will try it when I miss South Korean meal.
